- Competitive base pay of $20.00/hr per hour commensurate with experience and skills

What You’ll Do:
- Utilize our CRM to assign customer appointments to sales advisors
- Organize and relay schedule availability to team members
- Assist with planning and set up of on-site activities for employees
- Process time off requests for call center and sales employees
- Assist with maintaining tracking of customer review systems
- Maintain general call center records
What You’ll Bring:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient knowledge of CRM systems
- Excellent computer skills including advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines.
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Ability to work well independently, with the call center team, and across the organization.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize consistently to meet deadlines.
- Effective corporate communication skills.
